These directories contain teaching material for use with the above book.  The
material is made available solely for use in the courses where the above is a
principal course text.  It is NOT public domain.  The directory contains an
electronic copy of the teacher's book and overhead transparencies.  Most of
the contents are in postscript, but some of the overhead slide masters and in
RTF format from Microsoft Word.  All files are compressed using UNIX compress.
The different directories, a4 and US-letter, contain slightly different
versions of the PostScript files to print properly on the different page
sizes, but are otherwise identical.  The pdf directory contains the material
in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
